HERE WE STAND is dedicated to providing an effective means to promote the causes of education, empowerment, health awareness, social justice, and opportunity creation for residents in the Mississippi Delta.

 

HERE WE STAND consist of passionate, young professionals creating lasting impact in their communities. Members connect to their communities and each other through professional development, educational opportunities, volunteerism, and networking events.

 

Our Focus

To the youth:  HERE WE STAND is driven to makes sure children and youth can have a positive environment with a strong consistent support system ready to help ever young male or female to succeed in the classroom, playing field, and any outlet that allows them  to show their talents.

To the community: We mobilize our volunteers to make lasting community change. HERE WE STAND figures out what our communities most need (educational advancement, increase community morale and unity, and workforce readiness), then we all work together to meet those needs.
